Product prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes. Official quotations will be provided based on quantity and delivery destination.
MOQ is 10 roll per webbing type. Roll width ranges from 16 to 48 inches (40cm to 120cm), length approximately 15 meters. We use 100% natural rattan without bleaching or chemical treatment.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Delivery available via land freight, cargo, or preferred logistic services from Cirebon, Indonesia.
VAT, withholding tax, or invoice-related administrative charges are the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Payment is made via bank transfer to PT Tengo Indonesia’s official account. For bulk orders, 30% down payment is accepted with the balance paid before shipment.
Claims for product issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We will investigate and resolve issues case by case.
